Ta-Dah!

Usually, I've noticed, that my entries have been depressing. Honestly, I write when I am depressed or just frustrated with life and the things inside it. There are have been good entries, but a lot of them have been calling out my anger. When people read this, I don't want them to think that my life sucks and that I'm not an approachable person.

But in all honesty, I think I'm the most approachable person ever! ha

Prom was fun. I wasn't very excited for it before because I had no idea what was going to happen as far as the normal prom get readys such as hair, nails, shoes, other stupid shit. But sooner and later, it all worked out in the end.

My mom got home in 20 minutes to spare before I had to leave and she ended up doing my hair. She just took my hair and had fun. She didn't know what she was doing and it turned out great! For my nails, I decided to keep my nails the way they were the day before, which was random colors painted in a distinct fashion. I wanted to be different from all the girls getting stupid manicures and pedicures. Prom is a once in a lifetime experience, but don't end up going in debt for it. For makeup, I wore the same make-up I always do. Blush. However, I did end up putting some mascara and light eye shadow. The eye shadow fit perfectly with my skin tone so it didn't look OD or anything.

At prom, so many people were complementing me. I wasn't even having conversations with them, they just looked at me or called me and said all these nice things to me! I remember I was going to the bathroom and it was hard to maneuver my dress in a pee pee position (LOL) and all of a sudden, I heard the door knock and I quickly opened the door and Chris K. (known him since the 4th grade. he was in my bus back then) said that I looked "stunning." I was surprised considering I hardly talk to him now.

I guess during the night I had a lot of confidence. I mean, I usually do because I'm very comfortable in my own skin but since I hardly dress up, I wanted to surprise people. And with the reactions from many people, I believe I did!

I also thought B-Hat looked INCREDIBLE! Best date ever!!!

It was even nice going outside with him. Birchwood Manor, in Whippany, NJ was gorgeous! Sure it was a bit chilly, considering my dress, but the scenery made everything romantic. Plus, it was fun taking all those pictures with my friends and him.

It was just nice seeing everyone all dressed up and happy. It was sad that it ended and I wish I was able to make more out of my experience. I just don't know how.

Other then prom, life is going swell. Recently, I got a $500 scholarship. So, my name will be called at Moving Up day and I'm invited to a breakfast held at the scholarship giver's house. I wonder how many people get accepted to this thing because if they are inviting me and a guest to their house and giving out money to qualified college hopefuls, I'm assuming it's a large house. Who knows.

There are a lot of banquets and concerts coming up. Oh jeez. I AM so stoked for all of them! Life is going swell. There is just so much great stuff going on.

Can you even believe that I'm going to Medieval Times for Mother's Day?! My mom probably received my email that mothers get in free for Mother's Day. I seriously love that place. Great memories!

Maybe we'll get the Green Knight!

GREEN KNIGHT!!!!! WOOOH!
