Yesterday, I was at Yale University for their annual Multicultural Open House. The campus, as usually noted, was immensely gorgeous. I was in awe with their cathedral style buildings and just how comfortable I felt. Even though New Haven isn’t the prettiest city I’ve been to, but if I do get accepted to Yale, I suppose I’ll make the best of it. Who knows? I need to visit other colleges in the coming months until I can make my final decision. (Plus, I am stupid…)
But for now, I can finally be a part of my schools yearly “College Day” where students will wear their favorite college apparel. It's crazy seeing almost half of the people sporting a Harvard shirt. Oh well. My Yale hoodie will always be my favorite hoodie.
In other news, Brittany, Brian, Kelly, and I have made it a tradition for us to jump into the creek near the soccer field after every Thursday’s Marching Band practice. We’ve also stated that no matter how cold or hot it is we are still jumping! Better bring those pesky gym clothes again and attempt to learn how to stop belly flopping during circumstances of pressure.
Note to self: Every week is Something Week. Thanks Yale.
