So the Ecology field trip was pretty fun and lax. We didn't take any notes and all I ended up doing was taking some quick chemical tests and talked. I obviously ate on the bus too because I love to eat and it may not seem like it, but it's true!!
I went home on the bus today and miraculously I cleaned my closet. It's pretty damn organized to tell you the truth and I was happy that I didn't get side tracked. It was definitely because Brian wasn't on the computer - because I told him to get his work done (aka sand) or else I wouldn't hang out with him tomorrow. I'd probably hang out with him regardless because he's just that special to me! :)
While cleaning my room I spent some quality time with Chloe. It was really funny and just wonderful overall because her and I are so alike, it's not even funny. We always laugh up a storm! Too bad she's only here every other week. I think I should go home more often so I could spend more time with her. But damn, all these events coming up...thankfully she'll be coming to them all. (I hope.)
The funny thing about today is that I didn't fall asleep! Maybe because I slept a lot during the bus ride at the field trip as well as last night with my sporadic wake ups and whatnot. That's really good though - hopefully I could get into a better routine. I always fell asleep at Brian's couch... especially after.. oh never mind. haha
Tomorrow is the Extra Curricular concert and I'm excited. I play only one piece in Percussion Ensemble which really pisses me off because there are newbies in the ensemble who play more songs than I and my friend does. Sometimes I feel that the Cassinator has his favorites so he pleases them whenever he can. Oh well.
I'm also playing with the Chamber Orchestra. We were originally supposed to play three songs but now two. The jazz tune, "Sing, Sing, Sing" was eradicated from the program which really blows because I was a huge fan of that song. Google it, Wiki it, or Youtube it... or even whatever it. It's a great song and you may recognize it. Other then that, the pieces are pretty easy. I suppose I should get some more practice sometime tomorrow though so I could be more comfortable with the songs. I don't want to fuck up my last Chamber Orchestra concert.
I wish we had more concerts though.
Ah shit I still have to write a goodbye speech for FBLA...
Time to shower. And sleep afterwards. I still want to get into that goodly sleep routine all the damn researchers are talking about.
Ohhh yessss I totally forgot! I found my iPod!!! It was in my laptop case and since my iPod cover is pink (thanks to Brian) it blended well with the inside of the laptop case. Yay! No more awkward silent bus rides...! :D
